Gifts from the Heart Florist is the newest addition to Brooke-Stone, LLC.

Since opening in February 2009, Gifts from the Heart Florist has proven to be successful.  We provided flowers for seven weddings over the Summer 2009 wedding season.  No wedding is too large or too small for Gifts from the Heart Florist.

We are proud to serve South Fork, Creede, Del Norte, Center, Monte Vista, and surrounding areas.  We offer FREE delivery in South Fork and to all San Luis Valley Funeral Homes and will deliver to any of our service areas; as well as hospitals in Del Norte and Alamosa (delivery fees may apply). 

Gifts from the Heart Florist is proud to be FTD and 1800Flowers affiliated.

In addition to the freshest flowers in the area (we receive fresh shipments Tuesday - Friday), we also offer gifts, balloons, and baskets.  We carry Leanin Tree Greeting Cards, the Willow Tree Collection, Sunset Candle Company Candles, jewelry by local artists, and more!

For weddings and special events, we rent wedding tents, white wooden chairs, ivory satin chair covers, arches, and candelabras.  We also have a full line of wedding and event invitations.

For weddings, proms, and other ocassions, we offer tuxedo rentals!
